- Custom Ski & Snowboard Equipment Fitting
- Avalanche Safety Courses
- Backcountry Ski & Snowboard Tours
All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and the specific terms outlined during the booking process.
3. Booking and Payment
Bookings for lessons, tours, and other services can be made through our online platform or by contacting us directly.
- Payment: Full payment is typically required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Accepted payment methods will be displayed during the booking process.
- Pricing: All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Confirmation: Upon successful booking and payment, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation details.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our cancellation and refund policies are as follows:
- Client Cancellations:
- Cancellations made a specified number of days or more before the service date may be eligible for a full refund, minus any administrative fees.
- Cancellations made within a shorter period may result in a partial refund or no refund, as specified at the time of booking.
- No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
- Company Cancellations:
- In the event Summit & Spade Ski & Snowboard Craft Inc. must cancel a service due to unsafe weather conditions, insufficient participation, or other unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.
Specific cancellation terms will be detailed during the booking process for each service.
5. Participant Responsibilities and Safety
Participants in our services are expected to:
- Be in appropriate physical condition for the activity.
- Disclose any relevant medical conditions or allergies to their instructor prior to the start of any service.
- Wear appropriate protective gear, including helmets where recommended or required.
- Follow all instructions from Summit & Spade Ski & Snowboard Craft Inc. instructors and guides.
- Understand and accept the inherent risks associated with skiing, snowboarding, and backcountry activities.
For avalanche safety courses and backcountry tours, additional waivers and safety briefings will be required.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Summit & Spade Ski & Snowboard Craft Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our site without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summit & Spade Ski & Snowboard Craft Inc., its instructors, guides, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the services.
- Any content obtained from the services.
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
This limitation applies to inherent risks of skiing, snowboarding, and related activities, including but not limited to falls, collisions, adverse weather, and terrain changes.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Summit & Spade Ski & Snowboard Craft Inc. and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use of our services or your breach of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
